During an exhibition, I continuously rent, exhibit, return, and re-rent a bike from public bike sharing system (ex: Citibike in New York) from the closest nearby dock. A monitor displays the stream of time-based debt caused by exhibiting the rented object. While attempting to mitigate overage charges, incur fees are inevitable, pointing to the ever present clock, that form of monetary measurement.
